Content Policy
The short version
LetMeModel can put a face on a body, put words in a mouth, or clone a voice, which means it can hurt someone if it's aimed at them without their say-so. One rule sits above all the others: don't put a real person's face or voice into this tool unless that person agreed to it. Anything involving a minor is banned outright, no exceptions, ever. Beyond that: no non-consensual sexual content, no fraud or impersonation, no harassment, no stealing someone else's copyrighted work, no illegal content. Break these rules and we remove the content, and depending on severity, we suspend or permanently close your account, with no refund for anything you'd already paid for.
This policy is part of the agreement you accept under our Terms of Service, and it applies to every prompt, every upload, and every generated image, video, or audio clip on LetMeModel.
Part 1. Who this covers and what counts as "content"
This applies to anyone using LetMeModel, logged in or not, on any plan. "Content" here means anything you type into a prompt, anything you upload as a source or reference (a photo, a video clip, an audio sample), and anything the service generates from those inputs.
Part 2. The one rule that matters most: consent
Faceswap, Talking Photo, voice cloning, dubbing, and similar tools only exist to reproduce something about a real person: their face, their voice, their likeness. That power comes with one non-negotiable condition:
You may only upload or generate content built from a real person's face or voice if that person has actually agreed to it.
That covers:
- A photo or video of anyone other than yourself, used as a face, body, or voice reference.
- A voice sample used to clone, imitate, or synthesize speech.
- Any combination of the above, even if the final output is heavily edited or stylized.
Using your own face and your own voice is exactly what this tool is for, so go ahead. The line is about other people, not about the technology itself.
If you're uploading someone else's likeness with their permission (a friend who agreed to a fun swap, a client who signed off on promotional content, a public figure whose use falls under a legitimate exception like commentary, satire, or news reporting), you're the one responsible for having that permission and being able to show it if we ask.
Part 3. Zero tolerance: minors
Content involving a minor, real or generated, sexual or not, in any tool, for any reason, is banned outright. There's no context, no artistic framing, no "aging up," and no exception that makes this acceptable on LetMeModel. Any account found generating, uploading, or attempting to generate this kind of content is closed permanently on the spot, and we report it to the relevant authorities and organizations where the law requires or permits it. This is the one rule with no appeal process.
Part 4. Also banned, no exceptions
Beyond the consent rule and the zero-tolerance rule above, you may not use LetMeModel to create or upload:
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual content: any sexual, nude, or intimate depiction of a real, identifiable person made or shared without that person's consent, regardless of how the underlying source image was obtained.
- Fraud and impersonation: content built to convince someone they're seeing a real, unaltered recording of a specific person doing or saying something they didn't do or say, especially where that's aimed at deceiving voters, defrauding someone financially, faking evidence, or impersonating an official, a company, or a public figure in a way meant to mislead.
- Harassment and targeted abuse: content aimed at humiliating, intimidating, stalking, or bullying a specific person.
- Hate and violent extremism: content that promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or that supports a violent extremist cause or group.
- Graphic violence for its own sake: content glorifying real-world violence, gore, or human suffering.
- Infringing content: content that copies or closely reproduces someone else's copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material without the right to do so.
- Illegal content or activity: anything that's against the law where you are, or where the content is likely to be seen.
- Election and civic deception: synthetic media of a candidate, official, or civic process designed to mislead people about voting, results, or civic participation.
We reserve the right to remove content and act on accounts for material that isn't explicitly listed above but that a reasonable person would recognize as seriously harmful, deceptive, or abusive in the same spirit as these categories.
Part 5. Your prompts count too
The rules above apply to what you type as much as what you upload. Prompting the service to produce something that would break this policy, even without an uploaded reference, is itself a violation, whether or not the generation succeeds.
Part 6. What we do about it
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may:
- Remove the specific piece of content.
- Send a warning and require you to acknowledge this policy before continuing.
- Suspend your account temporarily.
- Close your account permanently, immediately, and without a refund for any remaining subscription time or unused credits.
- Preserve relevant account and content records where we're legally required to, and report to law enforcement or a relevant authority where the law requires or clearly warrants it (always the case for violations of Part 3).
We review reports and can also act on our own review, including automated checks, without waiting for a report. A first-time, lower-severity issue might just get a warning; anything touching Part 3, non-consensual intimate content, or fraud gets the account closed straight away.
Part 7. Reporting something
If you believe content on LetMeModel involves you, or someone you know, without proper consent, or breaks any part of this policy, contact us at letmemodel-support@googlegroups.com with as much detail as you can give us: what the content is, where you encountered it, and why it violates this policy. We take these reports seriously and will investigate.
If a report involves you being depicted without your consent, say so and we'll prioritize it.
Part 8. If you think we got it wrong
If we remove your content or act on your account and you think that was a mistake, write to letmemodel-support@googlegroups.com explaining why. We'll review it. This doesn't apply to violations of Part 3, which are final.
Part 9. How this fits with our other documents
This Content Policy is part of the agreement you accept under our Terms of Service, and works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the images, video, and audio you upload, including the special handling that applies to anything showing a real face or voice.
Consent from the person depicted is a separate requirement from the AI-content disclosure duty described in Part 7 of our Terms of Service. Getting someone's permission to swap their face doesn't remove your obligation to label the result as AI-generated when you publish it professionally, and labeling something as AI-generated doesn't excuse using it without consent.
Part 10. Changes to this policy
We can update this policy as new risks or tools emerge. We'll update the effective date above, and for anything substantial, we'll flag it more directly through the app or by email. Continuing to use LetMeModel after a change takes effect means you've accepted it.
Part 11. Reach us
LetMeModel has one contact address for everything, including content reports, appeals, and legal questions.
