The short version

Use LetMeModel and you're agreeing to what follows. You need to be 18 or older. You pay for a plan or buy credits, and we spend those credits generating images, video, or audio through AI systems we don't build ourselves, which means we can't promise those systems never go down or change. Your credits never expire, and if a generation fails, the credits come back to you automatically. You keep the rights to what you make here, but you're responsible for making sure you had the right to upload whatever you fed into it, especially anyone's face or voice, and, if you use this professionally, for disclosing that what you publish is AI-generated where the law requires it. Break the rules (someone else's likeness without consent, anything involving a minor, fraud, harassment) and we can remove your content and your account, with no refund owed. Bring other people in with your referral link and you earn 20% of what they pay, for as long as they keep paying, sent to you in crypto once your balance reaches $100 and on the conditions in Part 5. Full detail below.

Part 1. Agreeing to this

Creating an account, or simply using LetMeModel without one where that's allowed, means you accept everything in this document and in our Privacy Policy and Content Policy, which are part of the same agreement. You need to be at least 18 years old. If you're using LetMeModel for an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

In these terms, "LetMeModel," "we," and "us" mean the operator of the LetMeModel service.

We may update this document (see Part 15). The version live on our site at the time you use the service is the one that applies.

Part 2. What LetMeModel actually is

LetMeModel lets you generate images, video clips, and audio from text prompts and reference material you upload, using a mix of our own tooling and third-party AI and infrastructure providers. We aim to keep it running and to keep quality high, but we're not promising uninterrupted access. The outside providers we rely on can have their own outages, rate limits, model changes, or shutdowns, and those ripple through to us. We may add, change, or retire individual generation tools at any time.

Some features may be labeled as early access, beta, or experimental. Treat those as less stable and expect rougher edges.

Part 3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of whatever you tell us when you sign up, and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally did it, unless you can show it resulted from our failure to secure the service. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into your account.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, our Content Policy, or the law, and in serious cases (fraud, non-consensual content, content involving a minor) we can do that immediately and without warning.

Part 4. Plans, credits, and payments

Generating costs credits. You get credits by subscribing to a plan and by buying credit packs. All billing runs through a third-party payment processor; see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your payment data.

Part 5. The referral program

Every account gets a referral link. If someone signs up through your link and pays us, you earn a share of what they pay. Taking part is free and optional. This Part is the full set of rules for it. The partner screen inside the app shows the same rules in short form, so if the two ever look like they say different things, this Part is the one that counts.

If a payment you earned a commission on comes back to us, the commission on it comes back too:

Getting paid

Abuse of the program

We can hold back, cancel, or reverse commissions, and remove an account from the program, where we find:

That call is ours to make, and we will tell you the reason when we make it.

Changing or closing the program

We can change the commission rate, the minimum payout, the payout networks, and the rules in this Part at any time, going forward. A change applies to payments received after it takes effect. Commissions already recorded keep the rate they were recorded at.

We can also end the program entirely, for everyone or for a single account (removal of a single account for abuse is covered above). If we end it, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and commissions you had already earned by that date stay payable under the payout rules above. After the program ends you have 90 days to request a final payout. For that final payout the $100 minimum does not apply: you can request your whole available balance, whatever its size, and the $1.00 network fee is still deducted.

Questions about the program go to the contact address in Part 16.

Part 6. What you upload, what you get back, and who owns what

LetMeModel doesn't claim ownership of your prompts, your uploaded source material, or what comes out the other end. What we need from you is a license to store it, process it, run it through the third-party AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy, and display it back to you in your account. That's it, and that license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the retention periods described there.

You're promising us two things every time you upload something: that you actually have the right to use it (it's yours, it's licensed to you, or it's otherwise legally fair for you to submit), and that if it shows a real person's face or carries a real person's voice, that person has agreed to it. See our Content Policy for the full list of what's off limits.

On owning the output itself: copyright law around AI-generated material is genuinely unsettled and differs by country. Some places don't recognize a copyright in content with no human creative input at all. We give you a license to use what LetMeModel generates for you, personally or commercially, subject to these terms and our Content Policy, but we can't promise you a copyright interest the law itself hasn't settled, and we can't promise no one else will ever produce something similar through the same underlying AI systems.

We can remove any content, yours or generated, that we reasonably believe breaks this agreement, infringes someone's rights, or exposes us to legal risk.

If you believe something on LetMeModel infringes your copyright, send a notice to letmemodel-support@googlegroups.com with: your contact details, identification of the work you claim is infringed, identification of the material you want removed and where to find it, a statement that you believe the use isn't authorized, a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and your signature (a typed full name is enough). We'll act on valid notices and may remove content or suspend repeat offenders.

Part 7. Disclosing that it's AI-generated

Some of what LetMeModel produces (a face swapped onto someone else, a still photo brought to life and talking, a voice cloned from a sample) falls into what EU law calls a "deepfake": synthetic media close enough to a real person, place, or event that someone could reasonably mistake it for authentic. That triggers disclosure duties on both sides of this relationship.

What we do. As the operator of this AI system, we build technical markers into generated output so it can be identified as AI-made, through machine-readable means (embedded metadata in the file, watermarking, or an equivalent method as technology allows), in line with applicable law, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

What that means for you. If you use LetMeModel in a professional or commercial capacity and then publish or hand off something you generated, especially anything resembling a real, identifiable person, the responsibility to disclose that it's AI-generated or manipulated sits with you at the point someone encounters it, unless a genuine exemption applies. Work that's obviously artistic, satirical, or fictional only needs disclosure light enough not to spoil it; content used under a lawful law enforcement authorization is exempt on its own terms. This duty stacks on top of, not instead of, the consent rules in our Content Policy.

This isn't something either of us can waive by agreement. It comes from statute, is expanding to jurisdictions beyond the EU, and carries its own regulatory penalties separate from anything in this document. We're spelling it out here so it's not a surprise, not because we're the ones enforcing it.

Part 8. What you can't do here

Beyond the general rules (don't break the law, don't harass anyone, don't try to hack us), using LetMeModel means you agree not to:

Full detail on prohibited and restricted content lives in our Content Policy, which is part of this agreement.

Part 9. "As is," and the limits of what we owe you

We provide LetMeModel "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind: no promise of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs will be accurate, error free, or usable for any specific goal.

To the maximum extent the law allows: our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of the service is capped at whatever you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50 if you haven't paid us anything. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told those were possible. Some places don't allow these kinds of limits, so some of this may not apply to you depending on where you live.

We're also not responsible for delays or failures caused by things genuinely outside our control: outages at a third-party provider, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government action, and similar events.

Part 10. Covering us if things go wrong

If a claim against us arises from your use of the service, what you uploaded or generated, your breach of this agreement or someone else's rights, or your failure to make a disclosure required of you under Part 7, you agree to cover our reasonable legal costs and any resulting damages or settlement, and to let us take the lead on defending the claim if we choose to.

Part 11. Ending this

You can stop using LetMeModel and delete your account whenever you like, from Settings in the app; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterward. Deleting your account also cancels an active subscription. We can suspend or terminate your access for breaking these terms, for legal reasons, or if we decide to stop offering the service, with notice where that's practical and without it where the situation calls for immediate action.

Whatever in this agreement is meant to outlive termination (payment obligations already owed, the indemnification in Part 10, the liability limits in Part 9, ownership and licensing terms) does.

Part 12. If we disagree

Talk to us first. Before taking any formal step, write to letmemodel-support@googlegroups.com, describe the problem and what you'd like us to do, and give us 30 days to work it out with you directly. Most problems are solved this way.

If that doesn't solve it, either of us may take the dispute to a competent authority under the law that applies to it. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live, including your right to bring a claim where those laws allow, and nothing here limits a right you have under those laws that cannot be waived by contract.

Individual claims. To the extent the law allows, disputes are handled individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Part 13. About your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it; treat it as part of this agreement. The short of it: we don't sell your data, we don't train our own AI models on what you upload, and content involving your face or voice gets the extra protections described there.

Part 14. The boilerplate that still matters

This document, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Policy make up the whole agreement between you and LetMeModel on this subject; nothing said elsewhere overrides it unless we put it in writing. If one part of this agreement turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Us not acting on a breach right away doesn't mean we're giving up the right to act on it later. We can transfer this agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business; you can't transfer your side of it without our written consent. Nothing here makes you our employee, partner, or agent. Section headings are just for readability and don't change the meaning of anything. By using the service, you agree we can communicate with you electronically (email, in-app notices) and that satisfies any requirement that communication be "in writing."

Part 15. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and for changes that meaningfully affect your rights, we'll give you more direct notice before they take effect, by email or an in-app notice, depending on what fits. Using LetMeModel after a change takes effect means you've accepted it.

Part 16. Reach us

LetMeModel has one contact address for everything: support, legal notices, privacy requests, and content reports.
